3. No Guarantee of Contract Award

SAMBidder provides AI-generated proposal drafts for informational and drafting assistance purposes only. Use of the Service does not guarantee contract award, compliance with all applicable regulations, or acceptance by any government agency. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and certifying the accuracy and completeness of any proposal before submission.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate company and profile information
Review all AI-generated content before using it in official submissions
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and FAR/DFAR requirements
Not upload sensitive, classified, or proprietary third-party documents without authorization
Maintain the security of your account credentials

5. Payments and Refunds

Proposal exports are charged on a per-bid basis at the rate displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the generated proposal. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded RFP documents and company information. The AI-generated proposal content produced using your data is owned by you. SAMBidder retains ownership of the Service, platform, and underlying technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SAMBidder does not warrant that generated proposals are legally compliant, complete, or suitable for submission to any particular agency or opportunity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAMBidder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
